Yes. Elinvera® can be incorporated into a targeted care routine for older, fully healed scars. Visible changes can vary depending on scar age, texture, skin condition and consistency of use.
03 Can it be used on a C-section scar?
Yes, but only after the incision is fully closed and completely healed. Do not place the patch over a fresh incision, open skin or an area that is still healing.
04 Can I use it on a healed burn scar?
It may be used as part of a scar-care routine for the appearance of a fully healed burn scar. Do not apply it to active burns, blisters, broken skin or areas that have not completely healed.
05 Can I trim the patch to fit my scar?
Yes. The patch can be trimmed to better match the size and shape of your scar area, making it easier to use on different body areas.
06 How do I apply the patch?
Start with clean, completely dry skin. Trim the patch if needed, then place it directly over the fully healed scar area and wear it according to the directions provided with your product.

08 Can I put it over an open wound or fresh scar?
No. Use the patch only on fully healed, closed skin. Do not apply it over open wounds, fresh surgical incisions, active burns, broken skin or areas that are still healing.
09 Can children use Elinvera®?
The original product guidance does not specify a general age restriction. Young children, especially those under 3, should only use the patch under close adult supervision to reduce the risk of accidental removal or swallowing.
10 Why might the skin look red after use?
Temporary redness may occur in some users after the skin has been covered for a period of time. The patch creates an occlusive, hydrated environment over the scar area. If redness becomes persistent, painful, itchy, swollen, blistered or uncomfortable, discontinue use.
11 Will the patch peel or come loose during wear?
For better adhesion, apply the patch to clean, completely dry skin and avoid repeatedly lifting or repositioning it. Frequent peeling can reduce contact and make the edges more likely to lift.
